RETURNS

You can return items within 14 days of receiving your parcel.

For returns within the European Union, there are no return costs if you use the return label provided with your package. For returns from outside the EU, the return shipping costs are at the buyer’s expense.

Instructions for EU Returns:

1. Fill out the withdrawal form which was included in your package.
2. Carefully pack the items and attach the return label to the parcel.
3. Arrange a UPS pick-up via this link using the return label number, or drop the package at your nearest UPS location (find a location here).
4. Hand the package to the courier on the scheduled date.

For non-EU returns:

Once you have the tracking number, email it to us at online.eu@directactiongear.com along with the details of the returned items.

After we receive your return, we will process your refund within 14 working days via the original payment method. If you paid by cash on delivery, please provide your bank account number in the return form.

EXCHANGES

We do not offer direct exchanges. To exchange an item, return it following the instructions above and place a new order for the desired items.

COMPLAINTS

If your product is faulty or does not meet the contract terms, you can file a complaint by emailing us at online.eu@directactiongear.com. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the defect.

Our warranty team will review your complaint and provide the next steps within 14 days.

If the product was purchased from another store, please contact the seller first. If needed, you can reach out to us with the purchase details, including the date and store name.
